Coach Sam Rutigliano, former Browns coach discusses what it means to have a “culture of winning” and how the Browns don’t have that right now. He brings up how each game can turn on 3 or 4 plays and they all went against the Browns yesterday. Coach Sam thinks now is a great time to regroup and this season can still be a success. Coach Sam feels the team isn’t where they need to be yet, but he can see that they are closing in on that point.
